Description
Tried some effects with Gimp and then I got something cool. Then I did the same thing again on sightly bigger scale, so I could repeat it whenever I need it.
1. Generate piece of fractal with color range of yellow, red and black.
2. Use gaussian blur with long range.
3. Use motion blur even longer range.
4. Add new white layer and set transparence.
5. Difference clouds
6. Use noise and blur to break the cloud on to smaller particles.
7. Make some holes on to fog with eraser, try different brushes settings
